1. Molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering or related majors, master degree or above;
2. Have more than 3 years of working experience related to antibody discovery, including learning experience during school;
3. Proficient in vector construction, gene retrieval, plasmid extraction and other experimental techniques;
4. Familiar with the antibody sequences of common species, understand the correlation of antibody primary structure and advanced structure;
5. More than 3 years of working experience in phage or yeast display is preferred, familiar with the principles of related technologies, have experience in the operation of the complete process, and be able to independently analyze data and solve common problems;
6. Those with more than 3 years of experience in antibody engineering transformation are preferred, including but not limited to antibody humanization, affinity maturation, and druggability transformation;
7. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
8. Agree with the company's development plan and values, and be passionate about the biopharmaceutical industry.
