Monoclonal cells are obtained after plasmid transfection for about 4 months and enter the stability evaluation. The obtained monoclonal cell lines showed good stability and the expression yield remained within ±30% after successive 60 generations passage. The cell lines we developed have obtained high yield clones in different projects including monoclonal antibody, bispecific antibody and fusion protein, which have obtained clinical trial approval by FDA and NMPA.
