In Vitro & In Vivo Screening and Evaluation Platforms

In vitro potency evaluation of antibody drugs plays a critical role during the early antibody drug discovery. Our R＆D team responsible for drug efficacy evaluation in vitro is rich experienced in developing cell-based bioassay method. We have established a variety of stable cell line models for bioassay, also developed and optimized a series of cell-based bioassay in vitro. At the same time, we have developed primary immune-cell-based assay method based on the mechanism of action for each target.
