Monoclonal cells can be obtained in 4 months from receiving the vector and proceeded to cell line stability evaluation. Monoclonal cells have good stability and the expression titer varies within ±30% after 60 generations of continuous passaging. In-house developed cell lines have obtained high titer clones in different types of projects including monoclonal antibodies, bi-specific antibodies, and fusion proteins which have passed NMPA and FDA IND applications.
