In vivo and in vitro activity evaluation of antibody drugs plays a critical role during early discovery. Our pharmacology team is highly experienced in developing cell-based bioassays. We have established a variety of stable cell lines, developed and optimized a series of cell-based in vitro bioassays. In addition, we have developed primary immune-cell- assays based on the mechanism of action for each target. Besides, we have established a variety of humanized mouse models for pharmacodynamics, MoA and translational studies, as well as preliminary toxicology and pharmacokinetic analysis.
